Vijay Kumar Sinha is the Leader Of Opposition(Bihar Legislative Assembly) & MLA of Lakhisarai constituency and Ex-Speaker Of Bihar legislative assembly. He was the most revolutionary Speaker of Bihar legislative assembly till date. In his first year as a speaker, 100% answers were given in the house. This was the first time in the history that 100% of questions were answered. He also introduced an online help desk system for the members. His initiative of 5 Sankalp was also started by Honourable President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind on 100th anniversary of Bihar Legislative Assembly.
